| When you click on "browse and order" in our website, you will be taken to the product search page. Note: You may not add any products to your order unless you have logged on. |

| Building an order |
- Search for the products required and click 'add' on the appropriate product.
- You can click on the 'HRP Code No' to see more details and specifications.
- Click on the 'View Order' button which will show you all of the products that make up your order. You may adjust the quantity for each product as well as removing them from your order.
- Click on the 'Checkout' button and you will then be required to enter you billing and shipping details.
- You may now save the order as a Quote which will allow you to retrieve the order at a later date.
- You can now complete the order by clicking on the 'Complete' button. Your order will be directed to your nearest HRP service centre for immediate attention.

| Searching for a product |
| If you just want to search for a product either to put in an order or as general enquiry, you can do this by part number, keyword, description or from a list of items you have previously purchased as well as by manufacturer. |
| The screen will display a list of choices which match your search enquiry. You can click on the 'HRP Code No' for product details. Where other information is available, a 'specification' button will show by the product. |

| Requesting a quotation |
| You can prepare a quotation in the same way as you build an order so that you can print off and save the details. You can then return and turn a quotation into an order if you wish, at any time. However the pricing will be recalculated and amended accordingly. |

| Previous orders and quotations |
| These are stored on the site for your convenience. You can reach them just by clicking on the appropriate links within the 'Members Area' page. |
