The new generation of FDUM low and medium static ducted units from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries are now only 280mm high.
The duct design has been simplified and using a DC motor an optimum air volume can be achieved automatically.
A transparent inspection window means the condition of the drain pan can be checked without removing. The fan motor and impeller can be serviced easily by pulling out from the right hand side. Maintenance access is from the right hand side or the bottom of the unit.
