Delivery options

HRP delivers your orders to you using our own dedicated fleet of vehicles, or a specialist shipping company. We have researched, and trialled, various ways to deliver goods to your premises and sites and found that the traditional courier services don’t work. Our delivery service delivers to the kerbside safely and in one piece. Next day delivery is free of charge for capital equipment orders.

• Next day AM. This service delivers to you anytime between 7am and 1pm and is charged at £10 extra.
• If you need a Saturday delivery we can offer this too at an extra cost of £40. Please bear in mind this means goods will be delivered anytime before 1pm on the date chosen.
• HRP offers a "Click and Collect” service. Please select "Collect from Trade Counter" from the delivery options. The selected branch will process your order and contact you with a collect from time (note: This may take up to 48hrs)

The above covers UK mainland requirements, deliveries elsewhere may have extra charges of which we will advise you. The cut-off time for all orders is 3:30pm the previous day.

We would also remind you that delivery will be to either your premises or kerbside only. It is not the responsibility of the driver to manoeuvre the package into the site/warehouse as he may not be covered for damage within these locations.
